::SUBSTANDARD WORK & BAD ATTITUDE - Took my bike for a service & clean. Bike was poorly cleaned, and gears not indexed. When I asked for the staff to look at my gears again, they plainly refused to do anything, and would only argue that I had the wrong shifter, despite my protestations. I subsequently indexed the gears myself and they now work fine. Save your money for a shop that will do a good job and wont be rude and dismissive towards you.
