  Οι τιμές είναι αρκετά υψηλές και οι περισσότεροι οδηγοί είναι αγενείς (σε αντίθεση με το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό) με καθόλου κατανόηση σε σοβαρό πρόβλημα υγείας που ανέφερα. Προσθέτω επίσης ότι ταξιδεύω συχνά και σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις έχω διαπιστώσει έλλειψη σωστού προγραμματισμού , καθώς τα καθίσματα του οχήματος είχαν υπερκαλυφθεί και κάποιοι επιβάτες αναγκάστηκαν να καθίσουν στο πάτωμα η να σταθούν όρθιοι σε υπεραστικό ταξίδι (με ό,τι κινδύνους ενέχει αυτό). Πρέπει να βελτιωθούν οι υπηρεσίες συνολικά.

  Drivers force passengers to listen to traditional.greek music and usually have a bad attitude and the buses bathroom is ALWAYS off limits, that can cause a problem when the trip is 3 hours long....

  Using yet again the public bus that is usually excellent ! Today on the hottest day of the summer so far end of June 2017 40 degrees temperature, full bus from Heraklion to Réthymno. No airconditioning ! A full bus ..ridiculous I called on my mobile to central station to report it and was treated like an idiot. Passengers in coach were suffering and we were told that the air was on full! Coach number 29. It's a shame as I am in tourism and spend loads of time in coaches this is not the standard that travelers receive or should receive. The journey today was terrible and this bus often is scheduled and used.

  Нормальный автовокзал с кафе, WC, камерой хранения (€ 2 за один чемодан) и WiFi от стоящих на стоянке автобусов.
