  I just wanted to say how impressed and happy we were with the service at the Athens Downtown office where we rented our car last week. The car had mechanical issues and broke down in Delphi, and we were so impressed by the quick and professional response. A mechanic was sent immediately, and two representatives came from Athens right away to bring us a new car (a convertible Mini!). They were great at staying in communication and flexible about bringing the new car right to the restaurant where we were eating lunch. It was a situation that could have become a nightmare, but instead the fabulous customer service left us with a really good impression, very little inconvenience, and a cool car upgrade. Hearty thanks to the amazing team at the Athens Downtown office! It's also a very convenient location to rent from if you are heading out of the city and trying to avoid the dreaded Athens driving. Just off a major road and close to the highway -- we were able to get in and out of the city very easily.

  Free upgrade (under special circumstances), after hours storage of my suitcases in the office, and help to load my suitcases in the car. Nowhere else in Europe of US I had such exquisite service. Kudos to the gentleman managing the office on Sunday August 27, 2017 at 8am.
