Barato y bien ubicado. Buen servicio, buen trato. Es algo menos de lo que aparenta.

Was informed 6 days before the trip, that they had an unexpected management problem (owner abruptly ended collaboration with the management team), and that they can either offer an alternative location, or a refund. Asked for alternative. Received nothing. Sent remainder email. Received nothing. Called. Got no answer. Got an email back, 2 days before the trip. Offering refund. Hoping, for their sake, new management will approach things differently.

Been traveling a lot and always stay at cheap hotels because of my budget but this is by far THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN. Mold all over the bathroom, dirty, small rooms, couldn't close the bathroom door so had to poop in front if my boyfriend. Lungs hurt from all the mold, electricity hanging out and unfriendly staff that didn't want to help us at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR ANY HOTEL BY MLT!!

(The only reason I will even give it 1 star is because I cannot give it 0) Me and my girlfriend travel alot and most of the times we do that on a budget. We have backpacked through Asia and Europe but this is by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed at. -The rooms had mold everywhere in the bathroom, so much that both of us woke up with mucus in our throats. -the room was so small (We had the biggest available) that you could not close the bathroom door because of the bed standing in the way. So the toilet experience was rather unpleasant when both of us was in the room. - Electrical chords sticking out of the wall over the sink. -Wifi did not work at all. -the walls were paper thin, so you could hear everything, all the time. People talking like they were in the same room, when someone else took a shower it was super loud, everything. -We could have lived with all of this since it is the low season and the room we're quite cheap, but the people working there was extremely rude. Never met someone who treat theyr costumers that poorly.
