  Fantastic service! We were met at the airport by a very friendly Flizvos staff member and shown around our Suzuki Jimny open top we had rented for the week. Exceptional personalised service, great price, we will use this company every time we visit Chania area now.

  Met at Chania airport by driver and car, a good way to start a holiday. No fuss, excellent service, super car and very efficient and friendly staff. Will definitely be using Flisvos again!

  I would have put a 1-star rating but because the staff at the airport were good, I added another star. I ordered a Peugeot 308cc convertible for our honeymoon that consistently overheated on our trip to the Elafonisi beach which forced us to stop. I was told that someone would change our car in 30 minutes which ended up being over 3-hours despite giving them our exact GPS coordinates. They said this was due to traffic on a main highway which would mean that they would have travelled at just under 20km/h - highly unbelievable. We lost a good day at the beach as it was a 4-hour round trip from our villa. When the rep arrived, he brought water instead of antifreeze for the coolant. Being mechanically sound with cars for 22 years, this baffles me as it corrodes the engine block and has such a low boiling point. My replacement car was also riddled with problems. The gear shift knob came off and the clutch bearings were worn out. The provided GPS was also over 24 months out of date and gave us wrong directions several times. Finally, a quick comparison with local car company's indicated that we paid €760 for 10 nights, nearly €200 more than what we should have for the same car. Reading their reviews, I have no idea why I received the service I did but this is my particular experience with them. However, from looking at the other reviews, your experience may be different from ours.
