  Basic, but very clean hotel. It was perfect for our one night stay. The staff is very welcoming and friendly (and English speaking). Convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

  Good value clean no frills hotel. Very helpful staff. English spoken. WiFi. Central. Safe in room. Comfortable rooms. Recommended.

  We were very disappointed by the fact that the building had no hot water after 6p. If you want to take a cold shower during your stay in heraklion then this is your place.

  Stayed one night before catching ferry for islands. Great staff. Clean room and good bathroom. Our kids room had tiny bathroom. Beds were quite hard.
