  Nice hotel in a central area of Heraklion. Clean place and comfy beds. Breakfast bar is nice, and you can sit inside or outside. The breakfast lady was very friendly.

  Building starts to get old, good location but no view and noisy street. The staff is just horrible, each time I ask for something they give me an attitude or questionning me instead of just smile and meet my expectations. Products for the bathroom were not renewed, there was less towels as what I've requested and paid for, The bed sheets not renewed in 5 nights :(( I give 2 stars to this hotel because I was treated like I was in a 2 stars hotel, not 3 as they pretend.

  Good place near the city centre. Room are big enough to stay one week and it has a good aacc. Very important in summer.
