  Great value for money. Dicent breakfast. Friendly staff. The bathrooms are refurbished and big but the beds and rooms are basic. Nevertheless the matresses are conformable and I had a good night sleep

  One huge plus for this hotel is its location on the very center of the city. Everything is in walking distance, including the university and the international fair premises. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, equipped with tv, mini bar, toiletry amenities and air-conditioning. Each room has a large balcony with unblocked views. Hope that the owners will consider to place there a table and chairs. The hotel has a restaurant and a cozy café bar, good for snacks. The café stays open for late evening eaters. But if you desire something different, there is a plethora of restaurants and cafes in the area to choose from. The rooms are a bit on the worn side and surely the place could use some maintenance. Having said that, I was surprised of reviewers complaining of dirt. To me it seemed more like being neglected. There is free WiFi in all hotel areas. The staff is polite and helpful. Recommended for those in need for a decent, non-nonsence place for business or for short family stays.

  Very good Staff service. Central located. Very good cleanliness in rooms, but they need of update. Very good breakfast, apart the juices quality, which let the rest of the offering down. I'll return when I have the chance.

  Happy with my stay. Efficient and considerate. Location is the most convenient you could choose for doing business in the center, university or expo. It may not be a fancy alternative but it certainly is a reliable choice
