  Nice place, really cozy, inexpensive with many options of tea and sweets but the no smoking law doesn't take place. There are signals for non smoking area everywhere but people just smoke and the waiters do nothing about it.. If you complain about it the just say that the signals are just there and that doesn't mean anything!! So inappropriate behavior of them!
