  Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in the city! The staff was friendly, the restaurant very flexible. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms.

  Don't stay here! Bed bugs! I stayed at Aliakmon Hotel in Kozani from 30.09.2018 - 05.10.2018. After the first night I noticed some red spots on my skin, I thought it must be mosquito bites. I tried to hunt the mosquito down, but couldn't find it. After each night I had more and more bite marks and they started itching. Only after the last night it clicked with me: There was a bed bug infestation in my hotel room. I went to the management of the hotel to tell them about my findings. They didn't believe me and kept insisting that it was impossible, because they had never had bed bugs in 40 years. They blamed me, saying that I must have brought the insects to the hotel myself. They did not apologize and refused to give me any kind of refund.
