::Well is a lovely place where the food is amazing, why am I saying this? Because it happened here to order the same thing with my girlfriend and unfortunately I didn't realize is a salad so I received a salad and I haven't eaten salad for one year and a half but was so full of flavour and tasty. And we had feta cheese with honey I think is my favourite starter ever, as a desert I ordered a chocolate cake which was so sweet and you could realize is home made from the taste. The staff here is unbelievable helpful, whatever questions we had and requests they managed to make our evening one of the best in Athen. The waiter Vasilis he was the one recommending that lovely cake, and Stefanos he made for us a romantic table. Seriously everything is amazing you have to try once ... You know what don't believe me ! Go there and you'll see with your own eyes.

::We were in Elaea just for a small dish during a world cup match. However, Ealea's baked feta with honey and sesame was a heavenly dish. We enjoyed it very much!

::We were in Athens for our second night of our honeymoon and got done with a tour very late at night. Our rooftop bar in our hotel was closed for food so we went out to explore restaurants that were open late. Elaea was open late, but so were many other restaurants among the strip. The host Stefanos was very welcoming and genuine compared to the other restaurants and the place had many customers that were Greek. We understood that this was a very authentic Greek restaurant, which is exactly what we wanted to experience. Our waiter Vasilis was prompt and polite and taught us how to drink ouzo the Greek way. Stefanos kept checking on us and we had several great conversations with him. We discovered that a lot of hotels have deals with restaurants so they recommend other places to eat because of this and Elaeas does not get the credit it deserves. The garlic bread was the best I ever had and I am Italian so this means something something. My husband and I shared the mousakka and beef and barley stew and it was also the best dinner we had in Greece so far. I enjoyed so much the conversations with Stefanos. He is a good person inside and out and he is representing an amazing restaurant. If you want a great dining experience in Athens, you should go to Elaea Mezedadiko.

::We ordered chicken soup which was nice. For main course we ordered lamb in the pot and chicken souvlaki. The lamb in the pot was delicious and meat was succulent and juicy. But the chicken was dry and chewy so we returned it back and ordered lamb chops instead. It was the worst lamb chops we ever had! It was dry, rubbery, no flavors and completely tasteless. The service was good but the food is average.

::Went for dinner and can thoroughly recommend. Excellent food and first class customer service. The staff were great and extremely helpful. Pay this restaurant a visit. You won't be disappointed.
