    1 star is too much! They never pick up the phone, they promise to hold something for collection and then hand it to the courier, they enter blatant lies into the tracking system and the list goes on. Avoid at all costs!

    I was told by OTE to expect a delivery by courier of a router on 19.04.16, to be followed half an hour later by a technician to connect it. It did not arrive, so when the technician called, he gave me the tracking number. The router had been registered on Athinas on 18.05.16, and arrived at Marousi sorting office at 08.29 on 19.04.16. It was delivered on 20.04 at 17.59. I had told the technician that if in went through Marousi sorting office it would be delayed, if not lost, so he gave me one he had with him. It had taken at courier price 46 hours to get from Athens to Marousi, including over 33 hours to get across Marousi. Why does anyone pay ELTA couriers?
