::On Monday a gentleman with great english very kindly let me come in with my newly aquired stray kitten. He checked his health, a very weak kitten that was unable to walk and starving, he gave me advice and said I should come back the following Friday to see if my kitten's condition has improved. My kitten's stomach has been extremely bloated now for 2 days and so I have just called and been answered by a woman, who sadly didn't seem to have very good english. She missunderstood that I have been told to come in alreaday and that I was advised to contact if there were any issues or his condition had become worse, which it seems to have. So I can't yet say if I am fully satisfied. I was extremely satisfied originally but now I'm a little annoyed and concerned as I tried to make the woman understand that I'm concerned for my kitten's condition. I was asking about the gentleman that I took care of my kitten and I, I rephrased my questions multiple time but didn't get any responses, probably because of a language barrier.
