::My wife and I went there last week to get a one day cruise. The receptionist informed us that everything was booked except one to Tinos. We had never heard of Tinos and had no idea where it was. Krysta told us where to meet a private bus the next morning at 0620 and they would pick us up and take us to Rafina for a 20 minute boat ride to Tinos where we would spend the day and return to catch another bus at 6pm. For this we were charged 160 Euros cash, since there credit card terminal wasn't working. We met the bus on time and it took an hour and a half to get to Rafina after picking up several more people. On the bus we were informed that the 20minute boat ride would be a 4 hour Ferry ride! There were 3 decks of people on this "boat," and not an empty seat anywhere. We ended up on the Island itself for a little over 2 hours instead of the promised 10. It was a very nice place, but everyone else on the ferry was going there overnight. The next day my wife called Krista to get a refund or partial only to be told we must have misunderstood her. We wrote corporate to no avail. We returned to the agency itself yesterday to make a final attempt only to be asked to leave the property. We should have walked away when their credit card terminal wouldn't work.
