  Booked tickets on the Dolphin from Volos to Skopelos on 6 Feb 2018.. When we arrived in Volos on 18th March we were told the boat was being repaired and probably would not be mended in time for our return trip the following week We were stranded that day (a Sunday) as there were no ferries till the next day so we had to spend the night in Volos and get another ferry the next day. Let's Ferry did respond quickly to my email (there was no-one answering the phone) but they just offered to re-book us the next morning or refund the 138 euros I chose to take the refund and book the ferries myself. There was no apology or explanation of why we had not been notified our ferry was broken (as it had been for the previous few days), and it was just lucky we were able to find a room in Volos with no notice. I will never book through Let's Ferry again as they are not reliable, and don't offer compensation when they mess up

  Γρήγορος και εύκολος τρόπος να κάνεις κράτηση. Πάντα υπάρχει άμεση επικοινωνία και με αντιπρόσωπο για περαιτέρω βοήθεια.
