::Κτίριο εξαιρετικής αρχιτεκτονικής, ένα από τα τρία της αθηναϊκής τριλογίας νεοκλασικών. Το κτήριο αυτό χρηματοδοτήθηκε από τρία αδέλφια με καταγωγή από την Κεφαλλονιά, Μαρίνο, Παναγιώτη και Ανδρέα Βαλλιανο. Είναι ένα από τα πολιτιστικά μας μνημεία που πρέπει κάποιος να επισκεφθεί.

::Ενας θησαυρός που όμως πρέπει να αξιοποιηθεί σωστά .Τουλάχιστον πρέπει να υπάρξουν ειδικευμένοι να προτείνουν σωστές λύσεις. Το κοινό πρέπει να μάθει το μέρος αυτό και να αγαπηθεί όπως του πρέπει και ειδικά οι άνθρωποι που αγαπάνε το βιβλίο

::What an amazing Neo-Classical building designed one of the most famous Danish architects. When we visited in March 2018; we couldn't go it as there was a sign on the front saying that the Library was relocating to a different location; hopefully this building will be a museum or gallery as it would be interesting to go inside.
