::Where to begin? I joined the gym,overweight, under motivated and feeling every one of my nearly sixty years. I was made extremely welcome by the friendly staff and encouraged to join in with classes as well as having an individual programme. Five years on and eight kilos lighter I still love coming to the Palmos. Staff and fellow members are so friendly and helpful.It is like being part of a big family.I particularly enjoy the fact that all ages,shapes and abilities are encouraged to join in. I think the gym offers excellent value for money especially if you are able to sign up for annual membership.There are a variety of classes on offer included in the membership price so there should be something to suit everyone. ::Ακόμα γελάω με τον αφελή "former client" που έγραψε την ψεύτικη κριτική... Ποσο αστείοι άνθρωποι υπάρχουν.. Όλη η πόλη γνωρίζει για την ποιοτική δουλειά των ανθρώπων εκεί... Και στα Αγγλικά; Σε λίγο θα βγάλει ο former client (χωρίς όνομα) και "κράχτες" στον δρόμο. Συνεχίστε παιδια την αξιοπρεπή δουλειά.. respect!
