::Best store in thessaloniki, best ice cream, best pastry, best view, quickest and best service! The girls working were very very sweet and welcoming! Spent a really nice Sunday evening at this store, the best I've had in a while! Will be sure to come by again when in Greece!!

::Lack of attitude, and mannerism standards below zero I am afraid to say so.. I had the worst customer service so far in Greece, over my working experience in almost 4 islands over an almost one year and four. In brief, I thought the staff crew, then followed by the supervisor, came to scold and censure us over something we had done over something that was the last thing I would have thought to get rebuked with that rough attitude. It was merely - ordered a ice cream in a cup not a cone & sat on the table with my friend on a table outdoor. Given the weather was really chilling, therefore, I preferred to sit for few minutes after a long walk over the seaside close to the white tower. End of story, she,"supervisor" was to imperatively rude and waited for us to leave or pay for the table we took, given at least four table next to us were al unseated, plus even though I informed a young lady staff that we will have just few minutes then go!! My colleague friend took out a five euro note and presented to her. Although, I reiterated the word that, "this is something shameful what you ask for", the supervisor could not hesitate to give us a rude face, took the money and went away. By the way, she uttered a ten euro first, while my colleague preceded her a proposal of 5 Euros. I hope that the boss will revise the mannerism approachment of his staff. And treat the customers in a decent way than that of our last night experience.. One more thing.. the ice cream serving compartments are not labelled for Greek, and non Greek customers as if everyone knows what colour is attributed to what flavour.. Much thanks for your reading

::Simply put, the worst customer service I have ever had. My friend and I went in for some ice cream and we asked to have it in the cups instead of cones because we wanted to sit and have our ice cream. After sitting a girl came and very rudely asked to leave because we had paid the takeaway prices. I understand there may have been a simple misunderstanding but her attitude was very rude and the perfect example of how not to treat paying customers. An attitude that made feel unwelcome and felt somehow they were doing is a favour even though we were paying customers. (What happened to the principle that customer is always right?)🤔🤔🤔 In short NEVER AGAIN.
