  Great Hotel on the first impression. Unfortunately the receptionists aren’t able to say hallo or to react correctly on criticism. “Write in the internet...” they said. Well, here it is...! The Beach lies have to be changed. Dirty and broken. The mattresses are taken away far before the pool is closed and towels are out of stock at 18:00. Sorry, but a Hotel with a pool, closed at 20:00... 5 STARS!!!??? When you’re visiting Greece you have to taste the fantastic Greek-Coffee. But at Breakfast you have to make it on your own. If you order it from the bar you have to pay. ...that’s Service. During our journey in Greece we spend a few nights in hotels with less than 5 Stars. They all made a fresh Greece-Coffe for free in the morning. Applause! The whole Hotel needs to be enhanced! The carpet on the floor or the tiles in the bathroom. By the way, if you’re thinking about using the indoorpool...it’s not for free! It belongs to the spa-area. Sure, it’s ok that you have to pay for spa but you can’t get into the indoorpool without using the spa! It’s made to be a part of it. No chance... Sorry folks, but that’s not what I am expecting of a 5 STAR Hotel.

  For me the best hotel in Greece. Nice staff, SPA welcome gift for free, more then excellent breakfast, spacy rooms with sea view, free coffee and coffeepot. Enjoyed the stay there.

  We went before the season started so there weren't many people staying at the hotel. We got a free suit upgrade and a free invitation to the spa which was really needed relaxation for us. Food was good in the restaurants. View from the room was nice and room had two ACs. We tried to call room service on the first day we arrived but no answer. Spa was really great loads of ways to relax and let loose. I did manage to cut my foot though in one of the pools as the little fence that is on top of the hole that such in water was not in place. But apart from this a very nice place and would recommend it to anyone!

  The worst hotel I've ever defined. If you have children do not go there. They are sadists. They have 3 indoor pools with hot water and do not allow children to bathe. They lie that they are not for children. And the water inside is great, as are the conditions for children in the indoor pools. They told the children to bathe in the outdoor pool where the temperarure is 18 degrees by Celsi and the wather at least 10 degrees by Cesli and the wind was blowing cold. The child is crying and suffering because i promise her to care to the pool as is described at the pictures at booking . The rest was ruined. How they are not ashamed to send the children outside at cold . If there was a way I would send you pictures of the children of the cold outside to see them and my children crying as well. The beach outside is desasster . Full with rocks, no sand . Bees and flyes everywhere and full with green plants and smells awefull. Dont recomment this hotel for anyone.

  Nice place. Serves great variety of food, rooms are clean and fully equipped. I can't tell about the outside pool and the pool bar because it is closed after season but concerning how everything is handled it should work perfectly when open.
