  Great spot to grab some gyros and greek salad! The prices are really reasonable and you are not far from Monastiraki

  The chicken pita (2.40€) and the chicken skewer (1.60) are both very tasty. I ate here twice already cuz the sauce inside the pita is tasty. I'd definitely come back and recommend. Food price -value ratio.

  Took a chance to checkout this place due to their rave reviews. It’s located in the bustling Plaka market of Athens, mostly grab and go type of food fare. There are two small tables outside where you might be able to land a spot, if you don’t mind brief wait. I ordered their veggie wrap, which was essentially dry and unimaginative salad wrapped in pita without any seasonings or sauces. However, their beer on tap was excellent, it was cold, crisp and flavorful to help balance my bland meal.

  I usually go with my sister, it is her favourite, she doesn't live in Athens so when she comes we will always visit Tylixto. I like it also, souvlaki is big and tasty and their portions as well, prices are normal and the staff is fast. Good job!

  We came on vacation in Athens with my company and our hotel was close to Tylixto. We tried their tastes the first night we got to Athens and we were very satisfied. The staff was also very quick and friendly. Of course we went again during our vacation, and we suggest to our friends who live there to go!
