  Brand new hotel (it still smells new!!). It has a great location; in the city center of Ioannina, in a walking distance from the stores, restaurants, bars, the lake and the castle. The room was the cleanest hotel room I've ever seen, the decoration was minimal and modern. They personalized the breakfast according to my needs and it was delicious and healthy. My last night there, I ended up having a drink at the hotel's bar and chat with the owners (Nick and Nora) and some other customers, who seemed really cool people and had great stories to tell! I would definitely go back again since it's clean, has a great location and an honest price!

  Wish to strongly recommend on this fantastic warmly friendly hotel in Ioannina. We were two families and we stayed there for three nights. The hotel is located a corner from the main street of the city, near by any of the main sights. The rooms are spacious, clean , comfortable and inviting. The owners and the stuff were outstanding with their wish to make our stay nice and easy. .The food was delicious and beautifully served We were given very good advices about our routs of traveling around and very good recommendations about roads, restaurants and so. And above all, everyone, but everyone, were most friendly and we spent lovely time with them. We surely choose this hotel again at our next stay in the area. We wish them success and prosperity.

  Amazing rooms. Just see the pictures. Even more lovely, warm and helpful staff. I like the people. For guests: keep calm and polite - and your vacation will be surprisingly amazing. Lake spirit hotel is best for couples, pensioners, or even young couples who seek for quiet and peaceful place, and yet cool and elegant place. It's also very centeral in ionnina.
