  Very nice place. Modern and clean. Studios are above a cafe but noise not bad. Building is on a road junction with atmosphere of a small square with several restaurants around. Owners of the flats own the whole building so breakfast is in the bar downstairs. Everywhere feels new and is very clean.

  Θετικά: Άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, ζεστό νερό όλη την ημέρα, δυνατότητα να φτιάξεις έναν καφέ ή ένα τσάι μόνος σου, ψυγείο με νεράκια, χαμηλή τιμή, εύκολη προσβασιμότητα στο κέντρο της πόλης Αρνητικά: Ζητήσαμε δίκλινο με διπλό κρεβάτι και μας δώσανε 2 μονά

  Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από τον κύριο Ιωάννη. Ευπρόσδεκτος άνθρωπος όπως και η γυναίκα του. Το μέρος βρίσκεται λίγο ποιο έξω από τα Ιωάννινα αλλά με αμάξι το κέντρο απέχει ούτε 10 λεπτά. Αν δεν υπάρχει αμάξι ακριβώς δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει πιάτσα ταξί αλλά και με τα πόδια είναι γύρω στα 20 λεπτα. Στην γύρω περιοχή έχει τα πάντα για φαγητό καφέ βαφλες αλλά και ένα μίνι μάρκετ σε απόσταση 50 μέτρα μακριά. Η εμπειρία μας μοναδική μιας και παρατειναμε το ταξίδι άλλη μια μέρα

  For everyone, who is planning on spending time in Ioannina, I can highly recommend Yiannis Apartments as a hotel. We spent the first night of our northern greek trip there. After being very warmly welcomed, we were led to our super clean and fully equipped room. The thing that amazes us most, was that the great help of the employees to coordinate a hiking tour. They took one hour (!) of their time just to help us figure out, what options might be the smartest. Besides the very friendly stuff, it has to be mentioned, that there are many more reasons to stay in Yiannis Apartments. The price, the hygiene.. To sum up: absolutely recommendable!
