::Neat and spaceful rooms, but the service, the dated building in general and the staff are absolutely not of a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in 4 stars far more professional and modern than this one. WiFi almost nonexistent in 3rd floor and only 1 lift for max 4 persons in a very busy hotel, where constantly arrived asian tour groups. At breakfast, after a very lousy cinese group finish their meal and all the buffet, we had to wait 20 min with the empty restaurant for have a croissant because the waiter was making a tower of mini mermalade and nobody put more food in the buffet. We get tired and finally went to a Starbucks for have our breakfast. I will not stay here my next time in Athens.

::Hotel and rooms are beautiful, but of age, the Junior suite had no hand towels and after I took a bath, when I started draining it flooded the bathroom, the pipes could not handle the water. The staff is extra helpful and polite and so nice but for those prices you can expect more. The letter paper and envelopes had no logo. There was a constant humming in the air from the motor of the pool....over all a great 3 star hotel but not a 5 star one!

::It looks good from the outside, the location is very good, there are various restaurants and shops nearby. Inside it looks like a really fancy place but it's starting to age and it's not as clean as a 5 star hotel should be. The standard room is pretty average looking and the sound proofing of the doors is terrible, I could hear the people talking in the room opposite of mine. The breakfast was good, decent variety of choices. All in all it was alright for a week long business stay, but not recommended for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay.
