::One of the oldest train stations of Athens city, easy transportation to the centre.

::Machines does not work good. There are not stuff for the customer. The place is very hot.

::Arrived on a Sunday afternoon and walked through a part of Omonia that I wouldn't recommend in broad daylight. A pickpocket attempt on my girlfriend's backpack followed by countless groups of men staring at you. It's not a pleasant experience. I am sure there are nice parts and our hotel (Kubic) was amazing but I would advise staying in this area as a tourist.

::I can't believe that there is not a single map displaying the rail and metro network. Not just Omonia Station but all of the stations that I visited don't have a network map. I had to rely on my mobile phone app to figure things out. Some stations dont even have a ticket vending machine or staff. Just get on and go anyhere you want, no one will stop you. In a nation that is trying to promote the use of POS, 99% of the businesses that I have used either don't have a POS machine or claim its broken. This goes for the metro system and even the entry fee at the casino. I thought that Greece couldn't get any worse but it still seems to reach lower and lower with every visit that I make. Omonia....Plaka....Monastiraki.....Ermou.....are filthy disgusting places. Nothing to see here folks....keep moving or else the fleas will go back your your hotel room with you.

::In my opinion, it is a nice station with beautiful unique decorations diff from all other stations.
