The rooms with kitchenettes are clean and nicely equipped (we were staying in a groundfloor room, between 17 - 24 06.2017), Very nice, well-cared and quiet surrounding with two tortoises wandering freely in the garden and two friendly dogs ready to play with the guests . The owners, Panos and Yana are friendly and helpful. About 15 - 20 min. walk to the centre of the city and about 2 min. walk to the beach which is on the other side of the street. Loutraki is a good place to take trips to Athens, Nauplio, Epidavros, Akrocorinth and Mycenae. If I only have the opportunity to stay there once again, I will surely come :) .   I would recommend this place to stay. Quite and calm. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

  I was in the Sea and Sun two years ago. Very nice place. Mr. Panajanis - the owner is really great guy.
