::The shala of Ashtanga Yoga Athens(The Original) is the oldest place for ashtanga yoga in Athens (omstudio.gr). It is a 15years shala that has managed to have all the rules that you just need so that your mind stays out of your practice. A really quiet place with the just energy that you need so that you can focus on your own self and body. Is the place that, even if mrs.Eleptheria has an Authorization of Level I from KPJAYI, you are not going for the teacher(s). Is about the energy that has been created from all the dedicated practitioners and the real ashtanga teachers that had come to this place, that make you understand your real self and push you to do a true practice.
