  Ambitious hotel with a lot of flaws (e.g. broken door openers, dirty/empty pool). Good and extensive breakfast buffet. Gentle staff with limited privileges has to ask the manager regarding every question. Location nearby the ring road of Ioannina and close to city centre (approximately 10 minutes by car). Good massages (additional payment) are available.

  We stayed for only one night but was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice, clean, modern and there is a nice gym and pool.

  Very nice place , cozy with very kind and available staff . Owner put you immediately at ease. For anything you can count on them. Modern, comfortable and warm room . In the morning you can't be in-satisfay from breackfast , riched and varied . Finally the strategic position allow you to achieved very the center and the university in few minutes .
